Abacus’s playground systems offers a variety of UV stable colors, ADA accessories, and are fully compliant with the guidelines established by the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission, and the Governmental Critical Fall Height requirements.

Abacus finds importance in promoting and installing surfaces that are slip resistant and provide the highest available safety levels to the nations children, and have been creating playground surfaces that can be accessed and enjoyed by more children at all ability levels.

Abacus’s playground system allow for an even distribution of water, and permeation between the tiles, reducing the concern of standing water, and slippery surfaces, and make the surface ready for use in minutes after a heavy rainfall.

This playground systems features a unique interlocking structure allows for ease and quickness of installation. The pedestal bottom allows for water to drain, and flow freely underneath the playground structure. Abacus’ playground tiles can be adhered to concrete or asphalt surfaces, or placed on top of crushed stone. Once the tiles are installed there is little need for maintenance, no more spending excessive time and money resurfacing your playground year after year.

Abacus Surfaces playground tiles are manufactured form recycled rubber and are not subject to the cracking and chipping.

The traditional Playground Tiles come is several standard and attractive solid colors used to create unlimited designs.
