Newton White Athletic Center - IMPACT Athletic Team Lockers
The Johns Hopkins University field hockey program is preparing for its second season with custom IMPACT Lockers in the Newton White Athletic Center. In the summer of 2025, Abacus Sports Installations furnished the locker room with 32 custom IMPACT Phenolic Team Lockers, creating a modern environment that reflects the tradition and excellence of one of the nation’s premier NCAA Division III athletic programs.
Designed to resist moisture, impact, and everyday wear, IMPACT Phenolic Team Lockers are built for long-term performance while maintaining their premium appearance season after season. The customized layout maximizes organization and functionality, creating a locker room that fosters team culture, pride, and preparation.
Combining exceptional durability with modern aesthetics, the installation delivers a facility built to perform for years to come while enhancing one of the flagship athletic spaces on the Homewood campus. Stay tuned, as this may not be the last you’ll see of Abacus Sports at Johns Hopkins 
The new locker room was a welcome addition for the Blue Jays, providing each student-athlete with a durable, low-maintenance storage solution built to withstand the demands of collegiate athletics. During the program’s first season with the renovated locker room, Johns Hopkins compiled a remarkable 21-game winning streak, finished 10-0 in conference play, advanced to the NCAA Division III National Championship game, and earned National Runner-Up honors.
